Our Third party offer is available to all holders but we reserve the right to not accept to purchase any holdings with aggregate settlement amounts of less than 100,000 shares.

Purchase Offer
On the 3rd of December 2024 Southey Capital offered holders of the Home REIT Plc shares the opportunity to participate in a voluntary tender of the shares.

Rationale for the Offer
The Offeror believes that the Offer will provide an opportunity to holders facing a lack of access to exchanges or OTC counterparties an opportunity to realize liquidity before a potential full de-listing or blocking of transfers in electronic format.
