Purchase interest in Lendy claims
Southey Capital is interested in purchasing the claims/interests in the failed development funder Lendy Limited.
Administrators were called in to the failed development financing firm around the end of May 2019 and on the 24th of May 2019 administrators were appointed to Lendy Ltd.
Since the appointment little new news has been released to creditors and we understand the situation is still very much a moving situation, where important news regarding the potential for recoveries and the total amount of claims in to the estate are still due to be released.
Southey Capital is interested in speaking with creditors of Lendy that are interested in a part or full sale of their claims.
